This blog follows my own personal work with Lucky Girls, a campaign that raises awareness and funds for the Theotokos Greek Orthodox Girl’s Orphanage in India. This campaign began with the Lucky Girls film that I produced in 2009. After gaining attention, interest and funds, Lucky Girls has grown into an ongoing campaign to help the orphanage through social media, film, fashion and unique business partnerships.
The orphanage provides food, shelter, education, and a loving home for more than 100 Indian girls. Currently, 14 girls are enrolled in college. Lucky Girls focuses on assisting with educational funds.
