Exploring Greece and Thinking About Internet

Sorry I have been absent on the blog. I’ve had limited access to Internet these days, which has made me realize my dependence on it. I’ve been indulging in books about Greece like “Eleni,” by Nicholas Gage and “Zorba the Greek,” exploring new cities, swimming in the salty sea and trying to spend as little time online. Being away from my phone and computer has allowed me to enjoy things more and has called me to question how I spend my time when Internet is easily accessible. Lately, I’ve been wanting to get back to reading more books rather than blogs. I have also been thinking more about my own career as a social worker, and that I’d like to work more with people and on-ground communities rather than online communities. I want the personal touch back in my life rather than the touch of my iPhone button. In the meantime, here are some pictures from traveling in Greece.
